To apply, aspiring wrestlers must submit a short 400-word essay detailing their motivation, dedication, and passion for the sport. This isn't just about wrestling—it’s about embracing the mindset of a fighter, where drive and commitment shape your path to success.

But there’s more! If selected, you’ll not only get to train for free, but you’ll also commit to becoming part of a community that gives back. You’ll be required to attend at least one practice weekly and volunteer for at least 15 hours yearly. We believe in fostering growth both on and off the mat, and this is your chance to be part of something truly special.
